Refund and Returns Policy

At Charitha Organic Cultivation and Solar Dryers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent return and refund process to ensure fairness and trust.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
• You are unsatisfied and the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, opened or used items are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food products (dehydrated powders, pickles).
• Customized or special order products.
• Bio-fertilizers once packaging is broken.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at returns@charithaorganics.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
• If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
• If rejected, we will notify you with the reason and no refund will be processed.
