1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
You are unsatisfied and the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, opened or used items are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened food products (dehydrated powders, pickles).
Customized or special order products.
Bio-fertilizers once packaging is broken.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
If rejected, we will notify you with the reason and no refund will be processed.
